Major Operations, Transport and Supply Chain Management

Objectives:
Students are familiar with the concepts, models and methods for operations, transport and supply chain planning, design and control. They are able to apply appropriate modeling approaches for strategic, tactical and operational decision problems and they can use appropriate (software) tools to provide data-based decision support. They are familiar with the key organizational structures and principles for sustainability and they understand the role of environmental and quality management systems. Students are also able to synthesize and reflect on published research work in operations, transport and supply chain management.
