The Kepler Tribune features an article by Bernhard Ecker about how to organize social change processes. The chair for Managing Socio-Technical Transitions focuses on organizing and managing change processes. Prof. Thomas Gegenhuber points out that change processes, such as global warming, require a combination of top-down (i.e. regulations and mandates) and bottom-up (i.e., social movements working toward cultural change) approaches.
