EMOS label prolonged till 2024

The JKU master's program “Statistics” is the only study program in Austria with the EMOS-Label. This award has been prolonged till 2024 in June 2020.

Mrs Kotzeva, Director General of Eurostat, informed us that following the decision of the European Statistical System Committee (ESSC) of 2 June 2020 the validity of the EMOS label awarded to the JKU-Master’s programme “Statistics” is extended until 2024. This means that we can continue to offer our master students an additional certificate, which shows them as experts in the field of official statistics (find more information about the EMOS label here).
