1

Final presentations for the Master's seminar “Interdisciplinary Business Project” in the JKU´s Master's degree program “Management” took place at Internationale Akademie Traunkirchen on July 6. The seminar is held in partnership between the Institute for Retailing, Sales and Marketing, the Institute for Strategic Management, and the Institute for International Management. Four partners (the voestalpine Steel Division, Fronius International, Greiner AG and KEBA AG) took part in the seminar and not only provided the students with topics, but practice-oriented supervision as well.

This semester, the students presented information about the following topics:

The Fronius student teams highlighted their findings on “Buying Center & Gen Alpha – Implications for an Existing Selling Center Approach” and “Strategic Customer Foresight”. The voestalpine groups provided insight into the results of their topics “Performance Measurement of Sponsoring Activities at the voestalpine Steel Division” and “Strategic Customer Foresight”. The KEBA group focused on “Process Approach for the Development of Digital Business Models”. Last but not least, the Greiner student group presented findings on “Corporate Business Angels”.

The students successfully managed to present their real-world marketing solutions and strategy issues in B2B markets. Following the presentations, the project partners invited the students to a final event, a boat tour on the Traunsee, and dinner at Wirtshaus Poststube.

All of the supervisors are proud of their students' impressive work, well done! We look forward to the next IBP!
