Senior Scientist (with Doctorate/Ph.D.) for a full-time position (maternity leave replacement) with focus on Sustainable Business/Circular Economy/ Transformation at the Institute for Integrated Quality Design (IQD)

Job Duties:

  • Contribute to IQD’s interdisciplinary research agenda on Sustainable Business/Circular Economy/Innovation/Transformation
  • Publish in high-quality journals
  • Develop research funding proposals
  • Support teaching in Bachelor/Master/Doctorate or Executive programmes
  • Coach doctoral students (e.g. theory, method, empiricism)
  • Exchange with stakeholders from practice (e.g. industry, government)

Your Qualifications:

  • The successful candidate must hold a Doctorate-/PhD-Degree
  • Expertise in Sustainable Business | Circular Economy | Sustainable Technology/Innovation or related fields
  • Experience in peer-reviewed journals (Research track) and/or industry (Transfer track)
  • Enthusiasm for research, high performance orientation, and team spirit
  • Strong command of spoken and written German and English (level C1)

  • On the basis of full-time employment (40 hours/week) the minimum salary in accordance with the collective agreement is € 4,061.50 gross per month (14 x per year, CA Job Grade: B1)
