Invited Speakers

Invited speakers have been allocated a 30-minute timeframe, which includes time for questions and answers.

Proposed Timing:
Presentation: 22 minutes
Questions and Answers: 8 minutes

 

Oral Presentation

Speakers delivering oral presentations have been allocated a 20-minute timeframe, which includes time for questions and answers.

Proposed Timing:
Presentation: 15 minutes
Questions and Answers: 5 minutes

 

Poster Presentation Guidelines

Creating Your Poster

  • Please create posters in portrait orientation with dimensions of A0 size.
  • Dimensions (width x height): 841 x 1189 mm (33.1 x 46.8 in)
  • The responsibility for printing and transporting posters to the conference lies with the presenters.

Displaying Your Poster

  • Refer to the assigned number for your poster in the Abstracts Booklet, and place it on the designated numbered poster board.
  • Poster setup should be completed on the morning of the poster session, with materials for hanging provided.
  • All posters can remain on display throughout the conference, but they must be taken down by the end of the symposium' on Thursday, September 21st.

Important Note: Posters not complying with the preparation guidelines outlined above may not be guaranteed for display.
