LIO Netural Master's Thesis Award

Two master theses from the first cohort of the LIO program were awarded with the LIO Netural, opens an external URL in a new window Master's Thesis Award. The award is given to theses that contribute to research on leadership, innovation and/or organization and provide insights for decision makers. Two equal excellent theses were chosen.

One thesis was a joint venture by Maximilian Kuchenbauer, Nico Mang, and Samuel Scherzinger who developed a scale to measure how migrant entrepreneurs relate to their environment.

The other thesis was written by Marcella Krawinkler who identifies core elements and driving factors sustainable entrepreneurial ecosystems.
