New FWF Project at the Institute of Organization Science

Elke Schüßler has successfully acquired the project "Entrainment: Temporal structuring of creative processes" in the "International Programs, opens an external URL in a new window" funding pool. The project, which is carried out in cooperation with the Freie Universität Berlin (Jörg Sydow, Professor at the Department of Management - Chair for Inter-firm Cooperation, opens an external URL in a new window) and the HafenCity University Hamburg (Gernot Grabher, Professor of Urban and Regional Economics, opens an external URL in a new window), will continue the work of the research group "Organized Creativity, opens an external URL in a new window" for three years. The project uses ethnographic methods to collect detailed, qualitative long-term data on the temporal development of creative projects in the music and pharmaceutical industries.
