Organization scholars from around the world have met once more in fully virtual fom for their annual EGOS, opens an external URL in a new window Colloqium. Instead of being discouraged by the pandemic - there was hardly a drop in participation numbers which remained around 2000 - local organizers and participants tried to make the Colloquium an intellectually rich and humanly warm experience using all digital means possible. In her role as Vice Chair, Elke Schüßler from the Institute of Organization Science closed the Colloqium on the 10th of July.

Next year, EGOS will once again come to Austria with the General Theme "Organizing: The Beauty of Imperfection, opens an external URL in a new window".
