In the Essentials of Strategic Management intensification course, JKU students demonstrated how they put the knowledge they learnt in the Strategic Leadership minor into practice. During their final presentation, they received direct feedback from company representatives.

The students offered traditional and new perspectives on strategy work and illustrated impressively how academic theories can be applied in practice. This ranged from classic resource-orientated approaches to stakeholder-orientated approaches and the Creating Competitiveness Finder. 

It was a great pleasure for Barbara Bindl and Sabine Reisinger to accompany the students in their learning process. Once again, it became clear how intensive independent learning in a flipped classroom setting with real case studies can be. Opening up to new methods and to practice may involve effort, but it is worth it for everyone.
