The Research Unit "Organized Creativity. Practices for Inducing and Coping with Uncertainty, opens an external URL in a new window" funded by the German Research Foundation (DFG) examined creative processes in music and pharma, an arts-based and a science-based field, to provide a better understanding of the conditions under which creativity can be socially organized. In this video, opens an external URL in a new window, the research team, of which Elke Schüßler and Benjamin Schiemer from the JKU Business School were a part, documents some of their ethnographic work with bands and producers in Vienna and Berlin.
