Imaging

The Core Facility Imaging provides a broad instrumental base for acquiring and analyzing microscopic data in 2D, 3D, and 4D. Both fluorescent and (non-fluorescent) histochemically stained and unstained samples can be recorded, ranging from macroscopic to molecular resolution. A well-coordinated range of instruments, including fluorescence microscopes, confocal microscopes, STED, and electron microscopy provides necessary instrumentation. The Core Facility Imaging not only offers training on the devices but also consultations from sample preparation to data analysis.
