Imaging

The Core Facility Imaging provides a broad instrumental base for acquiring and analyzing microscopic data in 2D, 3D, and 4D. Both fluorescent and (non-fluorescent) histochemically stained and unstained samples can be recorded, ranging from macroscopic to molecular resolution. A well-coordinated range of instruments, including fluorescence microscopes, confocal microscopes, STED, and electron microscopy provides necessary instrumentation. The Core Facility Imaging not only offers training on the devices but also consultations from sample preparation to data analysis.

We have the pleasure to announce our next two-part Workshop at ZMF CF Imaging on Superresolution Microscopy presented by Abberior:

An initial webinar by experts from Abberior will showcase the potential of the STED Microscope available in our facility and introduce you to sample preparation for STED micrsocopy.

In a later second part, you will be able to image your own samples during hands-on sessions guided by application specialists from Abberior on our Facility Line STED.
