Doctorate in Social Sciences and Economics

Syllabi

267.200 SE Doctoral Seminar Business Administration

In scientific research - including dissertations - theories play a central role, regardless of whether they are their own theoretical contributions, reviews or empirical works. On the one hand, the seminar aims to discuss selected important theories (from organizational and personal research, but also from related fields - economics, sociology, social psychology) and to understand the structure of the theories, their scientific-theoretical status and criticism. This should enable them to provide their own theoretical contributions.
