Luzia Honeder has been working as an Administrative Assistant at the Institute of Leadership and Change Management at the Johannes Kepler University (JKU) Linz since mid September 2023.

She completed a tourism college (tourism diploma) at the Vienna University of Economics and Business and studied French (1st diploma) and Spanish at the University of Vienna (1988-1991). Luzia then worked as a Guest Relations Officer and Tourguide for 7 years abroad (Switzerland, Greece, France, Spain, Russia and South America) and on board of cruise ships (Caribbean and Pacific Ocean).

She returned to Austria in 1998 and has since worked in the areas of seminar organization, sales promotion, tourism, art, systemic constellation work, as an Office Manager at the Anton Bruckner International School, as a Program Manager at the University of Applied Studies Upper Austria for Health Professions (midwifery study program) and as an Administrative Assistant at the Institute of Public and Nonprofit Management at the JKU Linz (part time).
