Mag.a Nina Füreder

Nina Füreder is a PhD candidate and project assistant  at the Institute of Leadership and Change Management at the Johannes Kepler University (JKU) Linz. She graduated in 2010 and received her diploma degree (Mag.) in social economics from JKU. In her studies she focused on family and health sociology and specialized in public and nonprofit management. She has been working in quality management at Kepler University Hospital for several years. Her main tasks are surveys, supervision and support of scientific theses, further development of patient safety and safety culture in hospitals and the introduction of innovative technical clinical decision support systems. Her special interest and research focus is on organizational and leaders resilience, quality 4.0, safety culture in hospitals and clinical decision making.
