Student Olympics, World Championships, and European Championships for Students

Every two years, the International University Sports Federations (FISU and EUSA) organize winter and summer Student Olympics as well as World University Championships and annual European University Championships for many types of sporting events.

The USI LINZ in particular is the division manager for volleyball/beach volleyball, karate, taekwondo and badminton, and is thus responsible for sending top athletes to international competitions in these sports.

In general, the Austrian University Sports Federation: UNI-SPORT AUSTRIA is responsible for entries.
