CAREER_MENTORING III.

During May 2022, the universities in Krems, Linz, and Salzburg once again kicked off their successful career development program for female scholars, based on the Mentoring III and karriere_links programs.

Participating mentees attend mentoring sessions and individual coaching sessions as well as seminars created for doctoral and post-doctoral candidates, thereby supporting efforts to strengthen their academic career development plans. The joint program gives participants space to exchange ideas on various subject areas, career stages, and strengthens inter-university networks.

The program aims increase the proportion of women in leading academic/scientific positions. The career development program has been designed to offer participating women scientists and academics opportunities to help advance their academic careers.

We look forward to your application. The application deadline is: October 26, 2021.
