Two JKU teams competed at the UAM (Unisport Austria Championship) Co-Ed Volleyball championships in Innsbruck on November 1 & 2.

The perfectly organized tournament in Innsbruck featured 10 teams competing for the title.

At the end of seven games, the JKU's "Team 2" finished in last place.

The JKU's "Team 1", however, performed very well, particularly on the second day, and despite losing one player on the first day, the team made it to the final.
The Linz team kept up well during the first set but were then narrowly defeated 24:26. The JKU team then lost to the Viennese, who subsequently and deservedly took the title.

It was a tremendous accomplishment and we congratulate JKU Team 1 on their silver medal!
