All of the students enrolled in one of these undergraduate degree programs in engineering complete the first year together. This means you enroll to study and during your first year, you will learn about various areas in the field of engineering. After the first year, you can declare your major to pursue the degree that best suits you!

The Linz Institute of Technology (LIT) serves as a hub for JKU researchers, faculty members, and students from across disciplines to come together and support technological advancements. The LIT draws on support provided by internationally active partners in the business community and in industry.
