Over the past few weeks, the participants in the Strategy Process seminar have embarked on a unique journey along the entire strategy process. Stefanie Reitmaier, opens an external URL in a new window and I are enthusiastic about the intensive examination of our students with their specific starting situation, their strategic options and the respective requirements of strategy realization.

To the highlights:

  • Using strategy tools: We used a range of selected strategy tools to develop a deep understanding of the various aspects of the specific starting situation. Participants learned how to use traditional and innovative tools effectively.
  • Peer coaching and self-reflection: Through peer coaching, participants were able to gain experience and learn from and with each other, leading to valuable insights and personal growth.
  • Unique horse coaching with Alexandra Gstöttenbauer: A highlight of this week was the horse coaching, an innovative method to promote leadership skills and strengthen self-confidence. The interaction with horses offered the students a completely new perspective on non-verbal communication and its importance in the strategy process.

Learning from a real case study: We are already looking forward to next Wednesday. Participants in the Strategy Process seminar will then be able to apply what they have learned on site at epunkt GmbH and discuss strategic options with management.

Openness is a lived practice at the Institute for Strategic Management - whether in terms of innovative methods in the strategy process or in relation to the current requirements of companies.
