Selected by a competitive procedure, the participants had a unique opportunity to present their academic work to renowned professors from universities in Oxford, Cambridge, Alberta, Victoria, the Vienna University of Economics and Business and the JKU. The Early Scholars Workshop provides an excellent opportunity for junior researchers to engage in dialogue with world-class researchers and get professional feedback pertaining to their academic work as well as make international contacts. This year’s workshop focused on: "The Digital Transformation of Business and Society".

The next Austrian Early Scholars Workshop in Management will take place in 2019 at the Vienna University of Economics and Business.
