An international jury of experts were impressed by 30 academic and 40 industrial partners.
Following the successful two-year evaluation for the Common Research Program (CRP) carried out jointly with Pro²Future and the Austrian Center for Digital Production (CDP) since September 2019, the research center’s mid-term evaluation impressed an international panel of experts in terms of research content and organization.
Established on April 1, 2017, Pro2Future now has close to 40 employees and an approved initial COMET funding volume (2017-2021) of € 17.34 million for over 30 academic partners and over 40 industrial partners. During the first three and a half years, over 135 scientific publications have been published at the Center, of which over 80 were published at international peer-reviewed conferences and in almost 20 in scientific journals. In addition to almost 30 doctoral dissertations and over 20 graduate and undergraduate theses (finalized & in-progress), two scientists from the still very new Center have already been appointed as professors at international universities after completing a post-doc.
